Bière de St-Ursanne

All our beers are brewed in an artisanal way, are top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized.

A first fermentation takes place in the vat and a second one in the bottle, which naturally brings carbon dioxide to the beer, but also a small bed of lees at the bottom of the container. Don't be afraid to mix it when serving your beer, it's full of vitamins!

• The Thunderstruck: A real IPA! Bitter and rich in aromas, thanks in particular to the use of 4 different hops. A gentleman's beer, which is very popular with the ladies.
• La Tonitruante: With its citrus scent and slight refreshing bitterness, the Tonifiante is ideal as a shampoo. But it's a bit silly isn't it?!
• A blonde IPA, less bitter than its big sister the Tonitruante, it is also very fruity and will know how to refresh you at the barbecues to come!
• La Bastonne: Brown beer of character thanks to its different malts, which unlike many other brown beers, can be drunk, but not eaten!
